I visited this office seeking a return-to-work clearance after a leave of absence. During the appointment with Dr. Cole, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a way that was unprofessional and disrespectful. When discussing my request, the doctor told me he was βnot willing to lose his licenseβ for me and commented that people abuse the system. Regardless of whether he agreed with my request, I expected a more respectful conversation and a clear explanation of his medical reasoning. I left feeling judged rather than supported. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. In addition, my previous experience for my physical was not a good one either. As I was explaining my health concerns, I was rushed and told that he had people in the waiting room. Again feeling dismissed. I do not suggest this office for medical help. Lastly, the doctors office is very outdated.

Excellent doctors, they are through and very timely. Front desk staff is always helpful and pleasant. The medical technician is knowledgeable, and always helpful also.

I had an extremely concerning experience with this office. I was prescribed Zoloft and, at multiple appointments, my doctor used the refill as leverage rather than addressing my care in a consistent, ethical way. After I left an honest review on Facebook, I attempted to schedule another appointment and was flat-out refused care. My Zoloft prescription was also refused to be refilledβwithout tapering, referral, or any transition plan. Abruptly stopping Zoloft is medically known to cause serious withdrawal symptoms and can be dangerous. Despite this, I was cut off cold turkey. This decision appeared to be retaliatory and based on personal offense rather than patient safety. Regardless of disagreements or reviews, abandoning a patient on a psychiatric medication without a safe discontinuation plan is deeply unprofessional and puts patients at risk. I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice, especially if you rely on consistent mental health medication management.

Not sure what kind of urgent issues they treat but I was turned away after I walked in while experiencing a medical emergency, anaphylaxis. Perhaps because the office was about to close they di not want to deal with me. They told me to drive to the ER (they said about 12 minutes away). Mind you I was actively experiencing anaphylaxis. They did not offer to call 911. Luckily there is another urgent care nearby that saved my life. I have half a mind to report this place to a medical board. The situation could have been fatal.

Walked into Urgent Care - the front staff were friendly and courteous. Wait time was maybe 15-20 minutes before I was called in to see Dr. Cole. He had a thorough and wonderful bedside manner - patient, warm, and caring even though it was the afternoon and no doubt he had seen patients all day. He listened to my history, didn't rush me, and was clear in his management guidance. Instead of your usual detached in&out Urgent Care experience, it felt as if I was welcomed in by a family doctor who knew me. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend this facility to my peers.
